Featuring singles, 'I wanted to be honest' and 'it feels like,' the semi-autobiographical record explores elements of Nazz's life as he navigates through a breakup and relationship conflicts, while also commenting on single parenting and living with someone who suffers from a mental health illness.

The self-titled debut EP is a true reflection of Nazz as a person and an artist as his vulnerability through emotive writing, imagery and honest vocals is truly captivating. As the EP explores personal and emotional topics, the smooth guitars and soothing harmonica bring comfort as we are invited to listen to Nazz's journey.

The five-track EP features two new singles 'late summer night phone calls' and 'white noise' plus a bonus track, 'I don't mind,' an emotional monologue to a loved one. The demo was written in his home and is a beautiful ode to end the record.

Five years in the making: reflecting on putting together his debut EP, Nazz reveals that the record is a collection of old and new music. Spanning years and continents, these songs reflect Leo's life as it's been unfolding and delve into experiences that have shaped who he is today.

All songs on the record were written by Nazz and produced by Iggy Torres (Sun Traitors). The song ‘I wanted to be honest’ also features guitars from psych-folk-blues singer/songwriter Dom Brinkley.

2022 has seen huge growth for this aspiring songwriter as he has shared his stories on stages around Melbourne including The Bergy Seltzer, Some Velvet Morning and Thornbury Local. His single, ‘I wanted to be honest’ also featured on the PBS 106.7FM programme, The Swinging Doors and has received consistent airplay on platforms around the world.
