About this track:

The song is an upbeat acoustic track that brings a dark story to light as Leo opens up about his experience of being in a relationship with somebody who suffers from a mental health illness. The country/folk-rock singer-songwriter hopes that speaking about this topic will encourage more conversation about a side of a story that is not widely discussed.

"I believe it’s important to highlight that when someone is suffering from depression, their loved ones are hurting as well, as they are also going through a whole range of emotions from anxiety, anger and confusion to shame, fear and sadness," - Leo Nazz.

The single is the second track to come off his forthcoming debut EP and follows the previous track, "I wanted to be honest." Produced once again by Iggy Torres (Sun Traitors) who has engineered the EP, the single was written following a weekend getaway trip to Apollo Bay and was recorded at Incubator Studio, Thornbury.
